My tastes in clothes have evolved a lot since I was a kid in high school but one thing that has stayed the same is my fondness for Converse sneakers. My current pair has gotten pretty ratty looking so when I saw these Multi-Eyelet Chuck Taylors on sale I couldn’t resist. I think they’re fun.
They came with both gray and black laces so you can pick which style you like better. I’m having trouble deciding which looks better.
What do you think? Gray or black laces?

I too love a good Converse and have long worn mine out. Where did you find these on sale?

I vote gray. But if you can't decide, point at the pictures and do eeni-meenie-miney-mo. If you finish on black and immediately think, "Oh, darn, I liked the gray," than get gray. On the other hand, if you finish on black and feel okay about it, get black.
I seriously make decisions like that all the time.
Hmmm…my plan to let the internets decide the color of my shoelaces has hit a 2-2 impasse. But thank you for your input! The shoes came with the gray laces in them already so I'll probably wear them that way until I have a free 30 minutes to switch them out.
Gwyn, I got them for $39 at Nordstrom during their anniversary sale. I think the sale's over now but maybe you can find them online somewhere.
I always think it's a good idea to let the internets do the deciding. Especially about things like shoelaces. I'll check out Nordstroms!
